Florida Squash and Spear & Jackson are proud to present the Spear & Jackson Florida State Open 2003. The event is sponsored by Feather Sports, Aqua Maestro, and Barlow Pediatrices.

DIVISIONS:	Men's: Open (PSA), 6.0, 5.5, 5.0, 4.5, 4.0, 3.5, 3.0, 2.5, 2.0, 40+, 50+, 60+ Women's: Open (invitational), A, B. This is a U.S.S.R.A. sanctioned tournament. Organizers reserve the right to combine draws if required. Protective eye-wear is MANDATORY and must be worn during play.
ENTRY FEE:	USSRA members $75 Non USSRA members $85 Full time Students under 25 $30 Entry Fee includes tournament t-shirt, continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, Gatorade and beer throughout the event, Cocktail and dinner (Party) on Saturday, Trophies for winners and runner ups in all levels. (Minimum of two matches).
ENTRY:	Monday October 13, 2003 Fax and E- mail entries accepted with credit card number and Expiration date. Your number is held for security, if you don't show we hit your card. Pay cash or Check at the Tournament's desk.
START TIME:	Qualifying starts on Wednesday Nov. 5 at 1200 noon, Main draw starts Friday Nov 7 at noon. Amateur Event starts Friday Nov 7 at 3:00 pm, for starting times call (561) 394-3000, (561) 241-5088 ext 351 or check our web site at www.floridasquash.com
ACCOMMODATIONS:	Hampton Inn on Yamato Road, Boca Raton. Tournament rate $79.00 Double Oc. Phone - 561-988-0200 and ask for Squash Tournament Rate. If you stay at the Hampton Inn you get free use of the Athletic Club Boca Raton next door.

OTHER INFO:	Referees - The winners of each match are required to referee the next match or find a suitable substitute. A player may be defaulted if they are not ready to play 5 minutes after the posted time. The Tournament Director reserves the right to make any changes to ensure the smooth running of the championships.
